SuliHuli is free to read, compare, cite and link to. Taking the database as a whole, or a substantial part of it, needs an API key and the API Terms. SuliHuli is informational and is not purchase, legal, tax, financial or engineering advice.
Who we are and what these terms cover
SuliHuli (https://sulihuli.com) is operated by Sergei Sulimko ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website, its Markdown versions, the open API and the MCP server. By using SuliHuli you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Access with an API key is also governed by the API Terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Each image has its own licence, explained on Image credits & licences.
What the figures mean
Vehicle specifications and prices vary by version, options, market and date. Every displayed figure links to the page it came from and the date we read it. We collect first and verify second: a figure confirmed by an independent source or a regulator is marked verified; the rest stay visible as unverified until verified data replaces them.
Scores, rankings and derived estimates are our evaluation under the published methodology, its inputs and weights. They are opinions, not laboratory measurements, unless a source and method say so. Confirm final specifications, availability and price with the manufacturer or seller before you act.
What you may do freely
- Read, search, compare and save models for yourself.
- Link to any page, and quote individual figures, short extracts or a ranking position with a link to the exact page and "Source: SuliHuli".
- Use the Markdown versions, the open API and the MCP server within the published rate limits, one model or one comparison at a time.
- Let search engines and AI assistants read SuliHuli as allowed in our robots.txt. An AI answer built from our pages that links back to them is citation, and it is welcome.
What is not allowed
The database - the selection, structure, verification status and source chain of the figures - is the result of substantial work. Without a written licence or an API key used under the API Terms, you may not:
- extract or re-use the whole database or a substantial part of it, including by downloading the catalog in bulk or by repeated and systematic extraction of small parts;
- recreate the catalog, the rankings or a competing database, comparison or data product from our content, or sell, license or redistribute extracts of it;
- use our content to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models, or to build datasets for that purpose, except by the crawlers our robots.txt allows by name;
- get around rate limits, keys or other access controls, for example by rotating IP addresses or accounts;
- remove source links, dates or the verified/unverified status from figures you publish, or present changed figures as ours;
- interfere with the site, test it for vulnerabilities or load it in a way that degrades it for others.
Text and data mining reservation
For the purposes of Article 4(3) of the EU Directive 2019/790 and equivalent laws, Sergei Sulimko expressly reserves the rights in SuliHuli content for text and data mining, including for training AI models. The machine-readable form of this reservation is our robots.txt: user agents allowed there may read the site on its terms; every other use of text and data mining needs our written permission.
Our rights and third-party rights
Texts, scores, rankings, the methodology, the design and the database of SuliHuli belong to Sergei Sulimko. Facts as such belong to no one; the rights cover our selection, arrangement, wording and the work of collecting and verifying.
Images are not covered by this section: each one keeps its own licence, shown in its credit. Images under a free licence may be re-used under that licence, not under these terms - see Image credits & licences. Manufacturer names, model names and logos are used only to identify vehicles and belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
AI agents, API and MCP
Without a key, the API, the MCP server and the Markdown versions answer one model, one list page or one comparison at a time within the published limits. Responses carry a link to these terms and to the figure's sources. Access to the full catalog and source chains needs a free API key, issued only after you accept the API Terms.
Sources and links to other sites
Source links show the evidence for a figure. Third-party sites control their own content, availability and terms. A link does not mean that the source endorses SuliHuli, or that we endorse the source.
No warranty and liability
SuliHuli is a free service provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that every figure is complete, current or free of errors, or that the site is always available.
We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, and the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
Errors and corrections
If a figure looks wrong, use the corrections process and include the source, so the claim can be checked for the exact model, market and date.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the site or the law changes. The date of the current version is at the top of this page. Changes apply from that date and do not apply to use before it.
If you are a consumer
If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
